Aura Channeled Changes (Riolu TF)

“Thank you sir! Come again!” says the voice of the local Nurse Joy in Jubilife City. She is waving at a young man wearing a trainer’s outfit as he exits the Pokémon Center.

“Man. Just because I’m not a trainer doesn’t mean she has to treat me like one.” The young man says while looking at a peppy Eevee walking beside him. “I know what you’re thinking Hika and the answer is still no. I’m not going to enter you into battling just for the “thrill” of it.”

“Vea…?” The Eevee makes cute eyes at the young man.

“Don’t give me the Lillipup look. I’m not going to say yes.”
The two continue walking through the city and decide to take a short cut through one of the alleys.

“Eevee vea!”

“Hmm? What’s wrong Hika?”

Before the young man can react, someone appears from the shadows and grabs him and holds him down, covering his mouth.

“The boss was right. All too easy to capture trainers in the back alleys.” Says the mysterious figure, as he pulls out a syringe of a dark blue and black liquid and quickly injects the fluid into the young man’s arm causing him to yelp in the slight pain.

“Mmmmph!”

“OW!!”

The young man bites the hand covering his mouth and turns around punching the mysterious figure in anger causing the figure to back off from him.

“A feisty one eh? Well we’ll make sure to break you then.”

“Who are you?!” the young man demands.

“Someone you’ll learn to like…once you change.” says the figure with a very cold tone in his voice.

“What’s that supposed to- Uh??”

The young man suddenly feels a pulling sensation in his rear that doesn’t hurt but feels very uncomfortable as a medium-sized tail covered in blue fur comes out of his pants; the back end of the tail pointing down at an angle.

“What the?! AUGH!!!”
Covering his head in pain, he can feel the serum running through his body changing his insides as his body begins to follow suit as his size begins to get smaller as other changes begin to take place.

“M-my hands!”

The young man watches in disbelief as his hands grow stubby and his thumbs shrink away as his middle and ring fingers fuse into one with the bones popping and cracking leaving him with only three fingers that are covered in blue fur as a small white bump grows out on the tops of what used to be his wrists. He turns his hands over to see soft pads of skin growing out from his palms and then becoming almost invisible to his sight completing the change of his hands into paws covered in blue fur.

“Th-this isn’t-!! Aaaaah!!”

“Eevee! Vea e-(-ashi! Can you hear me Kashi?! Stay with me!)”

The young man tries to respond when another wave of pain hits him harder than the last as his arms are covered rapidly in blue fur that feels like tiny needles being poked out of his skin as the fur spreads to his neck and a yellow collar ring of fur grows out around it and it grows a little thicker. As this happens his arms get shorter as he feels his bones snapping and reconnecting making his arms much shorter. The fur continues to spread and starts to cover his chest area as the fur turns black until it spikes downwards in a pattern near his waist and turns blue again covering the rest of his waist area and grows out a little thicker as the fur continues to spread down his legs.

“(You’re turning into a-!)”

Hika’s voice is muted out by the immense pain Kashi is going through as the fur begins to cover his lower legs under his pants once again becoming black fur growing out down to his feet as his toes merge into three digits and paw pads form under them as a small pink one grows on where his heel used to be as his center of gravity suddenly shifts and he loses his balance from his shoes as he struggles to push them off as his feet change to stand on the balls of his new paws.

“It’s almost done now.” says the mystery figure watch the young man’s changes take place.

Kashi is now half the size he was and his body is still shrinking as the changes move to his face and start by pushing his ears up painfully to the top of his head and grow to slight points as his hair turns to blue fur and most of it sinks into his skull while a few tufts of it manage to survive and dangle in front of his face. The fur begins cover his head and black patches of fur grow around his eyes and nose like a mask before a very painful pulling sensation tugs on his face pulling it outwards into a short, rounded canine muzzle as his tongue lengthens to fit the new mouth and his teeth turn into sharp canines. His eyes then begin to grow larger and more oval shaped as he closes his eyes and opens them again to reveal new soft, red colored eyes and his pupils shrink into slits.

Kashi pants for breath as his shrinking finally stops, leaving him at a little over 2 feet in height as his head is once again hit by the energy of the change as two black appendages grow out on the sides of his head finishing his change into a Riolu.

Hika runs up to the panting Riolu to help him out of the pile of clothes smothering him. “(Are you okay Kashi???)”

“(K-Kashi?)” the Riolu answers confused from inside the pile of clothes.

The mysterious figure smiles as he stands up again and lifts out a Pokéball enlarging it. “The serum has erased his memory little Eevee. He doesn’t remember who he is anymore. He’s just another Pokémon like all the rest. Now step aside and let me retrieve my prize.”

Hika growls disgusted at the figure and readies to attack. “(Kashi! I know you’re in there! Fight back! Fight against the serum! Don’t let it take away your mind!)”

My…mind? Wait…who am I? Is my name…Kashi? Wait…yes! My name is Kashi! How could I forget my own name??

Kashi grunts as he closes his eyes and holds his head concentrating.

I won’t let this energy control me! I want my mind back! You won’t erase me from my own mind! GET OUT!!

Kashi suddenly lets out a loud cry of “Riolu” as blue energy flares on his body and he gets a yellow tint in his eyes, glaring at the mysterious figure.

“That’s impossible! You can’t do that! The serum was designed to erase the human from the Pokémon body! Unless… Riolu and Lucario have the ability to use Aura… and Aura is a form of life force energy…
Grrr! He used his Aura and pushed out the serum’s secondary affects!”

Kashi crosses his arms and smirks. “(And now I have my mind back! Hika, you wanna join me in beating this creep into submission?)” Asks Kashi as he pounds one of his new paws into the other emitting a small spark of his Aura in the process.

“(You bet Kashi!)” Says Hika as he begins to charge a ball of shadow energy in his mouth.

“GAH! I’m out of here!” Says the mysterious figure as he begins a hasty retreat… But not before getting slammed by a Shadow Ball and Aura Sphere explosion sending him tumbling down and knocked out cold.

“(Are you okay Kashi?)”Asks Hika again when the two are finally able to rest.

“(I feel different. It’s a weird feeling. Like…this body is foreign to me, but I like it. I guess I could get used to being a Riolu since I doubt this is reversible.)”

Kashi stands up a little shaky at first and walks over to Hika.

“(It could be worse. You’re alive and not captured.)”

“(True.)” says Kashi as he smiles at Hika. “(Guess you could call me your big brother now like you always wanted. I always wanted a little brother anyways. So…what do you say Hika?)” Asks Kashi as he extends a paw out to the Eevee.

“(Heh. I thought you’d never ask.)” Says Hika as he grabs the paw with one of his front paws. “(Brothers?)”

“(Brothers.)”

Kashi looks at what’s left of his human clothing and lets out a sigh as he sifts through it for the only thing that is still of use to him. His glasses that now barely fit.

“(I feel sorry for all the others who suffered this same fate…and lost their humanity and mind.”) Says Hika helping Kashi dispose of the useless clothing.

“(At least my glasses still fit. I can’t see without them even with these new Riolu eyes.)” says Kashi, messing with the glasses with his paws to get them to fit on his muzzle properly.

The two open the lid of a nearby dumpster and peer in to see a large mound of discarded human clothing most likely from other trainers that had been caught and changed.

Kashi lets out a low growl. “(I wish we could stop this from happening to more humans or at least help them fight the mind erasing serum!)”

“(Maybe we can. We could stop this Kashi! We could stop them from doing this to more humans!)” Says Hika, as he reaches into the dumpster and pulls out a long, black scarf like object and a black neckerchief.

Hika fastens the black kerchief around his neck with Kashi’s help.

“(I guess we could. But it could be dangerous.)” Says Kashi, as he fastens the black scarf around his forehead and ties it off in the back with Hika’s help and works with the small locks of fur that were a part of his hair to push them to where he wants them to go.

“(I’m not afraid. And we can always train to get stronger too! We could do this! And we should!)” says Hika confidently.

Kashi can’t help but smirk. “(Alright then. I guess we’ll do it!)

With the new mission in mind, Kashi and Hika head down the back alley to figure out where to live and set up for their new plan.
